There are no dates in this 24 page Manual, but I believe itwas printed between 1912 & 1914.Singer made the Model 115 from about 1912 to about 1935??? It has theVertical Rotating hook, straight stitch, andtheupper tension is on face plate. The 115 usuallycame with Tiffany-Gingerbreador Memphis-Sphinx Decals.
