This listing is for the 1913, hardcover, paper over board art instruction book shown. It is used and signed by Margaret Lapp when she was in the third grade.

The is a book with more than just painting. It has arts, crafts, drawing, coloring, silhouettes, clay modeling, etc.. In fact, the is a silhouette of a turkey, unsigned, but separate card which, undoubtedly was done by Miss Lapp, or someone she knew, in black ink.

Holidays such as Valentine, Christmas, and Thanksgiving are also represented in the book.

The cover is bigger than the pages and somewhat skewed. Darkened and worn with age including bumps, etc., as you can see in our supersized photos. Cover measures approx 9.25\" x 10\". Pages measure approx 7.5\" x 9.75\".

Unnumbered pages, there are at least 100printed pages and probably that may blank pages for working. Pages are older and may crack soon.

We saw there was one missing page. Most pages unnumbered, so not sure if more. Didn\'t look like it. This is a great portfolio of crafts, paint, drawing.
