Scarce and terrific vintage \"Chubby Kid\" carnival doll by the Gem Doll Corp., circa 1920s - 1930s, composition with jointed arms, painted shoes and socks, mohair wig, approx. 18\" tall, unmarked. Scattered rubs to paint (mostly on shoes); some losses to hair net (not affecting wig); otherwise near fine overall, with no cracks, chips, crazing, or losses, the paint original and well-preserved.
