A 1920s vintage Art Deco period American H.W.W.Co WALTHAM U.S.A. TRAVELER gold plated pocket watch with a diameter of 2 in (50 mm) and in very good working condition with no real damage. The stem-winding movement has Serial No 26232402 (date 1927-1928). The outer case is impressed STAR DENNISON WATCH CASE Co Ltd 961353 while the inner back cover of the watch is impressed ENGLISH MAKE THIS CASE GUARANTEED TO WEAR 10 YEARS 961353 29 A. The white enamel dial with a diameter of 1.65 in (42 mm) has black Roman numerals and a subsidiary seconds dial. A lovely quality watch for someones collection, display or use etc...
