Up for sale is a vintage Kwiksail airplane hood ornament.

From the tail to the front of the propeller this measures approximately 4 3/4\" long.

Stamped on the underside is, \"KWIKSAIL MADE IN ENGLAND\".

Application: This is a universal hood ornament manufactured in the 1921. Please do your own research.

Condition: This is in good condition overall, but does have some flaws / damage from age. The top part of the propeller has chipped off. There is some surface finish loss on the main body of the airplane. Also, I believe there is supposed to be a WWI pilot sitting in the cockpit, which is missing. There is also supposed to be a rod which is concealed when this is fitted to the radiator cap. This is missing. The manufacture\'s stamp on the bottom is crisp. The wooden base has some wear on top, but makes a lovely display.
