Selling a very fine 1924 Republican National Convention Assistant Sergeant Of Arms badge that is still in excellent condition. The Badge shows that the convention was held in Cleveland, Ohio. President Calvin Coolidge was nominated for the Republican nomination and won the election that year. (My mother\'s high school in Superior, Wisconsin served as his summer White House during the summer of 1928 while he fished the Brule River). Silent Cal gave way to Herbert Hoover as President the following year.
The entire piece measures 4 3/4\" long and was made by The Whitehead & Hoag Co. of Newark, New Jersey.
