The book is in excellent condition. A rare copy in such a fine and undamaged state, other than some bubbling to the top corner of the rear board and two small bubbles at the bottom. The top corner consequently is slightly curved.

It is a 1st.edition 1st.issue and 1st.printing. This 1st.printing precedes all others and is the earliest and most desirable printing of this book. It precedes the American edition,also printed in 1926, by E.P.Dutton. First published in 1926 on the verso of the title page, with no subsequent printings mentioned, therefore a true 1st.edition,1st.printing.

The book is inexcellent condition. The boards are clean with just one or two minor marks and some bubbling to the rear top corner.The gilt titles and vignette on the front are bright, with slight rubbing to Christopher Robin\'s feet. Top of the page edges is gilt. Very slight bumping to thecorners and head and tail of the spine.

The endpapers are clean and unmarked,with two small letters at the top of the front free endpaper, and all pages are very clean, unmarked and undamaged, with no tears or creases whatsoever, just a tiny mark here and there. The binding is tight and there is justlight offsetting to the free endpapers, which is common in this book.

This very rare book is ingreatcondition, especially the immaculate pages.
