The composition is good and does not appear to have been restored, just light touched up and faint lines are almost invisable.
She is marked Shirley Temple on the back but the wigs\' ringlets are so nice I didn\'t pull it up to view the head. It even has the old hairnet still on.Her sleep eyes are original but I replaced the crackled iris with nice green glass iris. ( note the flash may make them appear blueish but they are definitely green.
All of her make-up and paint appears to be original but I am puzzled by the Macy stamp on the back and the center part wig. Perhaps she was used for advertising Mollye dresses for all dolls.
In the stash of doll clothing I bought at the sale I tried to sort out dresses to fit the right dolls...this fit her perfectly so I made panties and crown to match the yellow taffeta, ruffled dress. Shoes are new old store stock.
