1930 TELECHRON GE 357 Apollo Black & Chrome SHELF CLOCK Art Deco Machine Age 30s:
$42.00

Telechron/GE #357 \"Apollo\" (also known as \"Beau\") electric shelfclock,features a black plastic case (Beetle or Bakelite)with chrome platedball feet, bezel and finial, designed by Harry C. Richardson,measures 7-1/4\" H x 4-1/2\" L x 3-1/8\" W, circa 1930.

CONDITION: The clock is missing it\'s back cover and electrical cord and thereforeis being sold As Is (the time adjustment knob is still in tact and functional). I\'m not sure if the clock would run with a replacement cord, it\'s best to assume it would not. Thereare No cracks, chips or repairs to the black plasticcase. Only 6,588 of these clocks were sold with the majority ending up in landfills. Therefore, the Apollo is one of the rarer Telechron models. All of the chrome plating is in excellent condition except forthe base under the finial which has chrome loss, visible in photo #6. Also note, the clock dial has occasional scratches.
