A fantastic Vintage 1930\'s ART DECO DRUG STORE SCALE, Porcelain over Cast Iron.
Rare & hard to find one like this one, these days.
GREAT for the Man Cave , Window Retail display, period Art DEco interior.
Its is in excellent condition. The porcelain is near pristine. There is some slight rusting on the steel base. The glass is in tact. The scale works! The scale could be calibrated to 0, but it is probably inside the locked compartment. I dont have the key. This is how it came. \"As IS\" \"condition. Other than that, that\'s all the flaws. It is , after all, about 80-90 years old, or so.
It might have, at one time, accepted & operated by coins. But maybe someone filled in the coin slot with something. U may choose to remove whatever it is, but I will leave that up to u.
It is SUPER HEAVY !!! I would say 150 - 200 lbs ? This sale is for PICK-UP ONLY. I will not ship this item. If u would like to arrange your own transport, I will wheel it out to the curb for your truck pick-up. U pay for delivery directly and insure it as required. It measures 42\" tall x 10\" wide x 20\" deep , approx. The foot plate detaches and separates from the base and pedestal column.
