Offered here is an an excellent example of machine age moderne lamp, from the 1930’s, possibly designed by Gilbert Rohde. The lamp body is in original condition, as found, with a few slight dings. There is a also a split in the corner of the hood (see closeup). The lamp is well made and quite substantial when held. It is in good working order. The original cord appears to have been replaced at some point. The bulb socket appears original.
This lamp accepts a candelabra bulb (included but not warranted).
