This is a gorgeous vintage Navajo opal pendant (circa 1930\'s), that is quite large at 34mm forjust thestone (weight 25.4g). This pendant is rare because more often the Navajo work with lab opal instead of natural opal like this.The setting is about 1 3/4\" with bail x 1 1/2\". These mosaic Cantera opals are just gorgeous and this one has fire in every color; reds, greens, oranges, blues, purples, and yellows. The sterling does show some typical signs of age and has a very nice patina. The stone is in excellent vintage condition.
It is hallmarked: \"G\" and it is guaranteed sterling.
