VINTAGE Halloween CREPE PAPER BANNER ORIGINAL PARTY DECORATION - 1930s or earlier. Approximately 43\" x 20\". Yellow & black litho on orange crepe paper. Unmarked, but probably a Dennison product. Exceptional imagery includes a classic black cat and witch (stirring cauldron) on fence, jack-o-lanterns on ground and bats in the air. This crepe strip has nearly 3 complete repeating images. We consider condition as GOOD to FAIR. Moderate surface/edge wear with assorted creasing, stains, small edge tears and small tack holes. We feel these defects do not detract greatly from the overall charm and presentation of the design (see photos). Colors are still bright and attractive. A good representation (by most standards) considering the fragile nature of the material. This item makes an impressive Halloween display. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed item(s) rated - (7-6).
