CHEIN POPEYE OVERHEAD BAG PUNCHER ALL ORIGINAL WITH ORIGINAL BOX AND KEY - WORKS GREAT - ALL ORIGINAL LITHO, TIN AND CELLULOID PUNCHING BAG THIS IS ONE OF THE NICEST I HAVE SEEN - TOY WORKS AS IT SHOULD - WHEN WOUND POPEYE PUNCHES THE BAG RAPIDLY - HEAD CAN SWIVEL - THE BASE HAS WONDERFULLY LITHO WITH ALL THE POPEYE CARTOON CHARACTERS - TOY MEASURES 9.5" TALL X 4.5" WIDE - POPEYE AND TOP OF STAND IS PROPERLY IMPRINTED WITH THE J. CHEIN & CO STAMP - #255 ALSO PRINTED ON THE BOX - THE ORIGINAL BOX IS STRAIGHT AND SQUARE AND IT HAS HAD MINOR PRESERVATION WORK SUCH AS RE HYDRATING - THE BOX STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL INNER AND OUTER FLAPS AND HAS GREAT GRAPHICS ON IT AS WELL - J.
