vintage wind up POPEYE TOY J. CHEIN & CO. MADE IN USA KING FEATURES SYNDICATE. I am NO TOY EXPERT, still has nice/vibrate colors, just your normal wear/tear and some paint loss. On his face, the pipe side, is some dirt/pop/sticky stuff that needs too be cleaned off. The punching bag has paint loss on right side, where his gloves hits the bag. The green base, has spots/surface rust/staining. From what I can see, everything else just normal wear. It still works and has a key, I HAVE NO IDEA IF ORIGINAL KEY. PLEASE NOTE, when you wind him up all the way, it is stripped, for a lack of a better term, and when it winds down some he starts boxing. When you wind up, 1 or 2 winds works like it should. This is an USED ITEM and is 80+ years old, so it not perfect. Please look at pics any questions ask. Like I said, IM NO TOY EXPERT, JUST TELLING YOU WHAT I SEE AND HOW IT WORKS. Neat old toy.
