This work first appeared as a series of articles in The Examiner in 1819. Emphasis is placed on the season of autumn as a time for justice and prosperity, and the work is said to have influenced John Keats\'s poem \"To Autumn\".

By Leigh Hunt (19 October 1784 – 28 August 1859), an English critic, essayist, poet and writer.

CONDITION

In a cloth covered binding with original unclipped dustwrapper. Externally, smart with very slight bumping. Slight chipping and spotting to dustwrapper with closed tears and slight loss to spine panel. Internally, firmly bound, bright with occasional light foxing and foxing to text block edge.

Overall: VERY GOOD with a GOOD (ONLY) dustwrapper
