Junior Lieutenant Y Krivosheev (left) of the Red Army and a Russian Soldier make overtures to village children in Kevly, in one of the Soviet occupied provinces of Poland but seem to make little headway in winning the confidence of the solemn faced youngsters. Photo measures 9 x 7.25inches. Photo is dated 10-22-1939.
