This is a balsa wood Coke carrier. Balsa wood wasn\'t used often probably because it is less sturdy, which makes this even more unique. During the 40\'s, Coca-Cola used wooden carriers because metal carriers were too expensive due to the war effort. This carrier was clearly used, but still remains in excellent condition. It\'s a very nice specimen and would make a great addition to your Coke collection.
