Waltham is another Interesting Watch Story. A company thatlived its long life In or On the Brink of Bankruptcy, It is the \"Perilsof Pauline\" of the watch business. Waltham was Dragged,Pulled, Kicking and Screaming into each phase of its perilous, Century-LongExistence.

It is a sad fact butnonetheless true, that the American Waltham Watch Co. Was Largely KeptGoing by Conflicts between Nations. In times of peace, things generallywere a lot worse for the company that had been Founded in 1853 in WalthamMassachusetts.

Ohhh!!! The race for a modelto compete with the Gruen Curvex was on!!! This is Obviously Waltham’sanswer…..and a Really Nice One Too! To say this 60 Year Old Watchis SMASHING would be an understatement. The beautiful, NeatOld Curvex Style Cased Waltham exemplifies a design that is all atonce, VINTAGE, ORNATE and BOLD!!!

The Two Piece Caseis 14K Yellow Gold Filled and in Great Condition showing only some wear on the backof the case back. The case measures 34mm’s (1.338 inches) lug tip to tip, 22mm’s(.866 inches) wide, (not including the crown)

The Model 750B, 17 Jewel Movementhas just been serviced and it Winds, Sets, Runs and keeps excellenttime….guaranteed.

The Original and neverrefinished Dial is in Awesome condition with only very, verymild ageing. The Contrasting Gold Hands with the Gold AppliedHour Indicators make this a Real Beauty and features a RealGlass Crystal.

It comes fitted with a new 17mm BlackLeather Band that measures 7 3/8inches (18.372 cm’s) from the buckle to the third hole and is ready for the ProudNew Owner to Put on An Wear.
