1946 ROYAL DOULTON LARGE TOBY JUG PITCHER OF \"APPY\" Measures 6 1/2\" high. \"Appy\" looks like a common labor man and is smoking a cigarette. Has the copyright date of 1946 on the bottom with various code numbers and with the Royal Doulton crown saying \"Made in England\" Hand painted and glazed china with very fine detail. In fine condition with NO crazing, chips, cracks, stains, soiling etc. There is a tiny amount of flow blue dye in the bottom of the inside of the pitcher. Will be shipped in a large padded box.
