Complimentary Ruler from James H. Russell who ran for office of Huntington Co. Indiana Sheriff in 1946. This little ruler shows signs of age and has some surface scratches but is in overall good condition. The back has conversion information (liquid, long, and square measure). Please note~~Most all of the items I sell are old, used, or may come from estates that have been empty for years..etc. Therefore there could be an odor associated, they may be missing pieces, or there could be damage.
