Original old Soviet issued medal For Defense of Stalingrad and 1970 medal For 25th anniversary of victory in WWII with award documents issued to the same soldier. Stalingrad document and the medal are in quite poor condition, see pictures. What you see is what you get. Medal comes with original old double steel mount, original ribbon and solid uncut connecting ring. Document dated Sep 18, 1946. Name of the original owner the set is Red Army private Zisya Gelfan, Jewish. According to the family of the veteran he was a military scout during the war. Genuine old Soviet awards and documents, not a reproduction. Very nice set.
