Rare and beautiful dimensional CoroCraft sterling brooch with an 18k gold vermeil finish. It features a swallow at a fountain with ruby red marquis wing tips and pave sparkling crystal rhinestones fill in its wings. Light sapphire and clear crystal rhinestones provide the \'spray\' in the fountain. There\'s a light sapphire stone almost hidden in the fountain in the photos. You can see it best in the photo with the brooch on a black background. Pave sparkling crystals accentuate the rim of the fountain and the base of the fountain stand. Patent #147,191 was issued to Adolph Katz on July 22, 1947.

This exquisite brooch measures 2 7/8\" x 1 7/8\" with a depth of 3/4\". The Pegasus Corocraft sterling hallmark is on the reverse and it has a secure safety clasp. However, the brooch does have one flaw - one of the sprays on the right has apparently broken off. For this reason I have lowered the price. Nonetheless, this is a rare, beautiful, and unique figural to add to you vintage collection! Enjoy!
