Here is a green cloth hardcover copy of The Wise Encyclopedia of Cookery. Published by Wm. H. Wise & Co., Inc. in 1949. This cookbook has been well loved. Cover has staining and scuffing with bending of the cover corner with fraying starting to form. Spine has staining, peeling of the logos, with bending and cracking at the ends. Front cover is starting to seperate from the binding. Earlier and later pages have some brown staining. Quite a few pages have corner folding. I have not seen any writing or highlighting inside.
