The family has moved out and the house has gone into foreclosure.
Although they tried to take care of the house it got too much for them and when they left
they took everything that wasn\'t nailed down.
It was built in the 1950\'s/60\'s and is/was a quality built home, much loved by it\'s original family.
The chimney is still there (a few homes in the area are missing theirs) and there is some rust in areas
(see pictures) but with a little TLC can make some family a great home.
Grab it before someone on Fixer Uppers or Flip or Flop grabs it and ups the price (LOL).
