opaque white plastic base ... painted red trim at base ... no chips, burns or cracks on plastic
2 decals with Santa head ... 1 head has minor loss on his left side of forehead ... good color
2 decals with wreath and bells ... 1 bell has minor loss ... good color, no flaking
metal red ring at top with 3 screw retainers ... no rust
metal brace bar at bottom with 4-1/2\" cup to hold water ... small metal spike to hold tree ... no rust
1 socket to hold a c-7 bulb ... good wire and plug ... no dry rot or wear
3-1/4\" opening at top for tree ... 13-1/2\" base diameter ... 6-1/4\" in height
excellent condition ... great for small tree
