This sale is for a beautiful Vintage 1950\'s Elsa Schiaparelli of Paris fur coat. Gorgeous black Curly Persian Lamb with Mink collar - purchased at Wurzburg\'s Department Store of Grand Rapids in the early 1950\'s.
This coat is stunning - more beautiful than the photos. It is in mint condition - always kept in climate controlled facility until 2013. I took it to a local Furrier to see if they could give me an idea of value. They said it should easily bring $500. in this condition, so am asking less - don\'t wait - it won\'t last. This coat is warm!
- 2 Hook and loop closures on front
- Hidden pocket on each side
- 7\" split at each side seam
- Black satin lining - NO monogram, but on each side near the bottom are beautiful embroidered flowers (see pic)
- No size shown - see measurements. I think it fits like a Large
- Armpit to armpit: 21\"
- Length around bottom: 48\"
- Length - measured on back where mink attaches to collar to bottom: 31\" (I am 5\'8\" and it falls just below by butt)
- Sleeve length: 23\" (there isn\'t a shoulder seam, so this measurement is where the shoulder would be) If you had to lengthen, there is plenty of room to do that.
Excellent - doesn\'t look worn - lining is perfect. Needs to be aired as it has been hanging in musty closet for a little over a year.......not moth balls.

It truly saddens me to have to take such a hard nosed approach but once again, the few have spoiled it for the majority.
