offered is a very nice art deco 1940\'s or1950\'s dunhill miniature green onyx petrol liftarm table lighter. the luxury uk made gold plated double wheel dunhill lighter features a wonderful 24 sided edge cut onyx body design. the lighter is marked dunhill on the curved snuffer arm. various onyx models were manufactured from the late 1930\'s thru the late 1950\'s. this is called a miniature onyx and is the size of a half giant dunhill desk lighter. the dunhill onyx came in a few designs and they are very showy. the desk size dunhill lighter measures about 2-3/4\" tall x 2-3/4\" wide and is in very good used condition. the flint wheel turns correctly - is untested - and should work with proper service of fuel and flint. there is a minor bottom corner edge nick/chip that very slightly detracts. overall - an important quality showy 24 sided art deco dunhill onyx lighter for your collection. the dunhill onyx looks better in person patent and book photo are not included in sale and digital copy can be emailed to winning buyer upon request. usa standard ship includes insurance.
