This beautiful and fully-working mechanical carousel / merry-go-round is a real treat for any collector. Wonderful graphics and great action make this a fun toy that displays well. Four rocket-like cars are suspended under the canopy by wires. A slotted push bar \"winds\" the toy like a timer, and sets the canopy to spinning as it winds back.Colors and finish are excellent with only a bit of fading. The base features a great \"cowboys and indians\" scene, and there is some fairground scenery around the bottom edge.Blomer & Schuler Nuremberg has been making tin mechanical toys since the 1930s. This one dates a bit later as it is label \"Made in Western Germany\", and features their \"B&S\" trademark logo with Jumbo the elephant (of P.T. Barnum fame). Don\'t miss out!
