Offered for sale is an original 1950\'s Tipp Co. Tin Friction Toy Motorcycle with Driver, and battery operated headlight. Large version toy measuring around 11.5 inches (29 cm) long. Marked \'MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY\' on the left rear exhaust pipe, and the \'TC\' Tipp Toy Company logo on the fuel tank and driver\'s helmet. Also marked \'TCO\' on the rear tin brown carry bag, and rear license plate \'TCO-598.\' The original tin tires are marked \'Dunlop Cord\' and \'350-19.\' The cardboard box is a professional reproduction. Fine early German lithography all around.

Condition:
Guaranteed original toy and overall very good condition. Strong colors / lithography with some minor play wear. The clear windshield is missing, and two tabs are separated on the base underneath. The friction drive is still working. The cardboard box is a professional reproduction. The electric headlight is un-tested. Makes for a beautiful display piece to add to your German / Tin / Friction / Windup Toy collection.
