CRISP pages with just a light 1/4\" stripe of \'sunning\' along the back cover edge. Bright, rich colors, NO fading what so ever to front cover. Neatly stamped bottom right front by \'Damariscotta Information Bureau\'. 60+ years old and yes, near MINT. It measures 8 1/2\" by 5 3/8\" closed, 8 1/2\" by 10 3/4\" opened. Condition is as shown and described.
