This beautifully-crafted storage unit / sewing box could add a stylish Mid- Century Modern touch to your home.

Whilst the body is made of laminated bent plywood, the feet are made of solid wood with painted tips (silver).
They are removable and placed at a slight angle - as is so typical for the style of the time.

The top layer of the box has six small storage compartments which are revealed when the flaps either side of the handle are lifted.
The middle layer of the box consists of two large rotating compartments with a further two large compartments in the bottom layer.

This Mid-Century Modern sewing box is an original vintage item from the 1950s/early 1960s.
It is in good condition. There are a few minimal traces of use.
They are minor and do not interfere with the overall look and appeal of this rare piece.
