This Royal Spartanette needs a lot of love, but what it could be is an amazing tiny home, travel trailer, man/woman cave or a donor trailer for parts. Fortunately we have another one, or we wouldn\'t be letting this one go. There\'s no getting around it, this one needs a full restore. The floor is soft in several spots and will need to be replaced, quite a bit of water damage throughout, several windows are busted out, missing both door handles, and dings and dents. The good though is that the appliances are there, cabinets are in pretty good shape, new rims and tires, repacked wheel bearings and its a 1951 Royal Spartanette which can be saved. We also just pulled it 250 miles with no issues.The running lights are not functional, so some temps would be required if pulling it home.
None of the systems have been tested, so please offer as though you would be replacing all of it. Which you would most likely want to anyways. The trailer will come with a Bill Of Sale only. Every state is different in registering and titling trailers, so please know in advance on what your state requires. We will help any way we can, but please make sure your questions are answered in advance of the end of the sale to save a both any issues.We do require the winner of the sale to make a non refundable $500 deposit within 24 hrs and the remainder to be paid within 72 hrs.
