Collectors, here is thelunchbox you have been searching for, an original 1954 Superman Lunchbox inExcellent to Near Mint condition.Extremely Rare in this condition and I know because I have personallybeen collecting lunchboxes for 15 years. Just do some research and you willfind this one in the top of the crowd. I will estimate that this lunchbox is in the top 4worldwide known in existence. (Condition wise) One of the top lunchbox collectors saw this set and remarked of it\'s quality as \"supurb\" and stated that it\'s in \"insanely nice condition\" The same gentleman went on to say that this is the nicest 1954 lunch box set ever to be on !

Please understand,you will be getting the Holy Grail of Holy Grails. Unlike some 1954 lunchboxeswhich have sold for big money at sales, mine has a superb thermos! Look at the condition of the walls and bottomof this thermos. It still has the original cork! Practically as nice as the dayit came off of the manufacturing floor. (There is absolutely NO RUST anywhereon this thermos, there is slight metal discoloration BUT that is found on everythermos from this time period.

The Lunchbox picturesspeak for themselves, what can words add to describe the beauty ofthis lunchbox? You will find ever so slight scratches and a few micro paintchips and lid wear BUT Absolutely NO RUST ANYWHERE! How many 1954 lunchboxes have no rust even onthe inside?!!

A similar condition 1954 Superman lunchbox just sold on 9/10/15 at live sale for $17,000 and it had rust on the thermos and surface pitting slight tarnishing on the hardware. (Look at the harware on my lunchbox, still looks like the day it was made) Another one of these sold at sale a couple years ago for $19,000

Another one without the thermos for $11,865 (mine is reported to be inbetter condition)
