NAPCO 1959 lady head vase C3812C. . .young lady, blonde hair with bonnet embellished with flowers and bow tied under chin. . .beautiful pastel colors. Lashes have been removed/fallen out and there is a repair at the center/top of hat. Please see all my pictures, as they are part of the description.
