All are NH.Multiples are either different plate #\'s or plate positions except for the 5cCordell Hull plate blocks which include a duplicate. Brookman 2016 US catalogvalues these plate blocks at $15.50. Would make very nice additions to anycollection.

So, if the item package weighs 1 ounce or less, the USPS rate forthis domestically is 49c, and there is no tracking number available at theFirst Class rate for what USPS considers letter size envelope. Tracking numbersare only available for what USPS considers First Class package size envelopes,and the rate through \'s deal with USPS is $2.61 for the first 4 ounces. Forme to continue shipping some of my items FREEor at a fairly low fee, they have to be shipped at the 49c rate.

Cancellations& Descriptions

If the listed item is a used stamp, all cancellations shouldbe considered black colored unless otherwise noted to be another color. If astamp is unused, consider it to having been previously hinged which may meanheavy hinged, lightly hinged or very lightly hinged; will leave it to thebuyer or buyer to check pictures to make their own determination as to levelof hinging. If an unused stamp is never hinged, I will note this in the listingas the stamp being NH.

Finally, there are times where I might miss something in adescription which is noticeable in the picture or pictures, and then there aretimes when something may not show in the picture or pictures but is pointed outin the description. So, it is important to definitely review both thedescription and the picture, not just one or the other.
