This is a one of a kind Sterling necklace by Vivianna Torun Bulow-Hube from the early 60\'s.An extremly rare and beautiful necklace by her own hand, in her Mobius style.It is 10 3/8\" long , 7\" wide.Stamped with her mark VBH for Vivianna Bulow-Hube , that she used then, and Sterling.The body of the curved and flattened necklace is cast, its 7/16\" at its widest, behind the neckThe three curved Sterling domed teardrops are 3 3/4\" long and 2\" wide at the bottom of the necklace.The two curved teardrop pieces on the other end are 1 9/16\" long and 1\" wide.The sculptured attached Ebony piece is 3 1/4\" long and 1 1/4\" wide.It has 5 sterling mounted Moonstone drops, the longest is 2 5/8\" long, that hang freely from the necklace.The Moonstones are 12.5mm by 8 mm and three are bluer than the others.The opening is about 2 1/2\" wide, my neck is 14\" and this went on easily as the necklace will flex wider.This should fit a 12\" to 15\" neck easily.It is very comfortable to wear.She was Jensen\'s most famous designer after Georg Jensen himself, she designed from 1967 to 92 for Jensen.She lived in Sweden, France, Germany and Indonesia. She was born in 1927 and died 2004.She was the first female Silversmith to open her own workshop in Sweden.In 1992, she was awarded the Prince Eugen medal by King Carl XVI Gustaf of Sweden, for outstanding artistic achievement.Torun was praised for her ability to shape solid materials into seemingly flexible forms, so that metal flows like water around the wearers neck.It is in excellent condition.Will only ship to the U.S.Insurance is included with free shipping, which will be USPS Certified.
