Alvin Sharpe, the creator of the Mardi Gras Doubloon, and bears his familiar \'HAS\' initials. This doubloon is in nearPRISTINE CONDITION,and is Much Nicer than it appears in the photos.These 1966 Rex Plain Aluminum doubloons were issued in extremely limited number. The 2016 DoubloonGuide lists this doubloon at $100.00. (Unless specifically described as \'toning,\' any Gold, Green or Purple Hues appearing on any item are the reflection of a Mardi Gras Banner which hangs above my desk.)
