Raw, visceral oil painting with extremely heavy and built up brushstrokes. Impasto is very thick in areas. Perfectly balanced of warm and cool colors. Fine craquelure lines are present due to age, but pigment is very stable. Very powerful work with rich, unusual color combinations. Oil painting on stretched canvas. Signed and dated on back - GUR NY 1969Excellent condition. Simple thin wood frame with gilded edge.Measures 18.5\" x 16.5\" in thin frame.
