Scarce Vintage 1970s JOSEF ORIGINALS "LOVE IS FORGIVING" Figurine From "LOVE IS" Series MINT Condition Description
- I am pleased to offer a wonderful vintage and hard to find figurine made by Josef Originals
- She is called "LOVE IS FORGIVING" from the "LOVE IS" series from the 1970s
- This model and series is not commonly found for sale
- She is shown on page 59 of "Josef Originals - 2nd Edition" by Harris & Whitaker
- She is approximately 5" tall
- Great handpainting
- She sits in an upholstered chair and is knitting adoringly looking at the white cat at her feet unravelling the ball of wool
- Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines, other damage noted
- No paint loss or wear to gold accents
- A few pottery glaze crazing lines present (none are cracks)
- The original Josef Originals foil label is present on the side
- Marked as shown in photo, with impressed Josef Originals copyright mark and black stamped Japan on bottom
- Please ignore white spots on all photos caused by camera flash
- This great vintage piece would make a wonderful addition to your Josef collection or a most treasured gift for someone special.
