When you are done doing this for all your items open your shopping cart then follow the pay now link. This method will save you considerable time.

Shipping Terms

I use the USPS (United States Postal Service) exclusively. I ship by the next business day after payment is received and cleared. Purchases over $750 require a signature as per rules. Purchases over $1000 I send USPS Priority Registered which is slower than normal mail but is fully insured and the safest method there is. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your purchase to arrive. Please note that we cannot change the ship to address after your payment is made. We have to ship to the address you give when you check out. I CANNOT make exceptions to this and Paypal rule under any circumstances. I use packaging and a return address that does not reveal that coins are enclosed. All purchases are guaranteed to be delivered via USPS tracking.

Examining Your Coin Purchase

If your purchase includes proof or uncirculated coins IT IS IMPERATIVE that you examine them outside in full sunlight on a cloudless day. Indoor lighting has a yellow hue and will make the coins appear yellow. I use special light bulbs that mimic real sunlight. (5000k Light Appearance LED bulbs). If your purchase contains coins in mint cellophane the same applies and in addition many times these coins will appear yellow, scratched, or dull when looking at them thru the cellophane. On most coins like this you can push the coin around inside the cellophane just enough to tell if the imperfection is on the cellophane or the coin.

Not The Exact Same Coin Unless Otherwise Noted

I take all my own pictures for listings. These are real pictures with no editing whatsoever. Unless a listing says \"Exact Coin Shown\" or \"Exact Coin Pictured\" you will NOT receive the exact same coin in the pictures. You will receive a coin similar to the one on the pictures. I do not take pictures of a \"great\" coin then send you a \"bad\" one. The labor involved with taking a picture of each single coin I sell would increase the price by $1.00 per listing. I do have many \"exact coin pictured\" listings that are $1.00 more than listings with my stock photos. For hardcore coin collectors this nominal $1.00 fee is very reasonable as they tend to want the exact same coin they see.

Junk Silver & Circulated Coin Lots

For these lots I will pick out your coins at random from my current stock. You WILL NOT receive all the coins in the pictures or the exact same coins in the pictures. The pictures are to show you the quality of the coins you will be sent. I am unable to honor requests for specific dates and/or mint marks. Older coins may show considerable wear and some coins may have been cleaned. Dates will be legible, but not necessarily full.

Exact Coin Listings

With Exact Coin(s) Listings you will receive the exact Coin(s) pictured. Please look at the pictures very carefully for exact condition and apperance.

Proof & Uncirculated Coin Listings

With Proof or UncirculatedCoin(s) Listings you will receive a coin similar to the one in the pictures. The coin may be in it\'s original Mint Cello. If not it will be in a protective coin flip. Unless if otherwise described all proof & BU coins I sell I personally remove from their original Mint Packaging. I do not pull coins from bulk purchases and sell as BU or Proof.

Proof & Mint Sets

With Proof or Mint Sets you will receive a set similar to the one in the pictures. Wear and tear (shelf wear) on the packaging will be consistent with the sets age. IE a 1960 proof set will have considerably more shelf wear on it than a 2013 proof set.

Survival/Prepper Silver Coin Lots

With Survival coin lots I will pick out your coins at random from my current stock. You WILL NOT receive all the coins in the pictures. The pictures are to show you the quality of the coins you will be sent. I am unable to honor requests for specific dates and/or mint marks. Some coins will show considerable wear, damage, scratches, bent, drilled, corroded, gold plated, etc, dateless, chipped, abused, graffiti, or otherwise damaged.

Refunds of Extra Shipping Charges

When you pay for all your items in one single payment shipping is a flat rate of $2.99. When you pay for items separately automatically charges $2.99 shipping for each item. If for example you bought 2 items and paid for them separately you would be charged $2.99 for shipping twice. Because you made 2 separate payments instead of 1 single payment I incur a 69 cent NON REFUNDABLE fee. If I were to refund the extra shipping I would NOT get that 69 cent fee back. Therefore you would get refunded $2.99 and I would have a net loss of 69 cents. Both and Paypal charge non refundable fees for every payment you make. One single payment for everything at one time keeps my fees down and allows me to offer flat rate shipping no matter how many items you buy and pay for in one single payment.

If you make separate payments instead of one single payment I will send you extra coins (my choice, usually Indian Head Cents as everyone likes those) to compensate. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER will I refund extra shipping charges. I design my listings to make it very easy to add items to your cart then pay for them all in one single payment.
