You are offerding ona scarce,signedhardcover book with original slipcase titled Theophilus North by Thornton Wilder. Wilder is a Pulitzer Prize-winning author. This is the last book he wrote and he passed away shortly after this book was written. Book is published by Harper & Row in 1973. There were only 275 copies that were printed from the original type on special paper, specially bound, numbered and signed by the author. This is copy number 270.

Thornton Niven Wilder (April 17, 1897 – December 7, 1975) was an American playwright and novelist. He won three Pulitzer Prizes—for the novel The Bridge of San Luis Rey and for the two plays Our Town and The Skin of Our Teeth — and a U.S. National Book Award for the novel The Eighth Day.
Book comes with the original slipcase. The slipcase is very sturdy and solid. It shows some fading/soiling. The book is in very good-plus to near-fine condition. The label on the spine shows slight wear.
