This is the 1974 Famous Monsters Convention booklet from the NY City convention.
It is in near MINT condition and never read and only opened to take the images above of the inside of the front and back covers. It has a slight bend at the front lower left edge but very minor and the rest is all mint.. It has been in my personal collection since the 70\'s and sealed in plastic since then.. A great addition for any serious Famous Monsters collector.
