Shipping and Handling

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days after buyer receives the order. All returns will be maticulously inspected and compared to our records to ensure the exact same Hummel has been returned and that it is in the exact same condition as when it left our care. All returned Hummels must be packaged well. Any incurred damage will be evaluated and the total refund amount will be adjusted accordingly at our discretion.If the buyer changes their mind for any reason and decides to return the Hummel,the buyer will pay for the return shipping and the original shipping costs (whether listed as free or not). Original shipping costs are recorded, and in these instances, will be deducted from the refund amount.

We will pay for the shipping only if the return is due to a factual mistake on our part, such as an incorrect TMK or model #. The buyer will pay for all shipping costs for all items returned due to a disagreement in condition.
