This sale is for the table only.Here\'s a great piece that took some detective work to track down it\'s history!Umbo Table by Directional Industries from 1976. Designed by Kay Leroy Ruggles. Page from vintage Directional catalog showing the table with optional glass top.Ruggles designed many iconic pieces for the Umbo line with his interlocking shelving units being one of the best known. His work is often mistaken as being by Joe Colombo.This table consists of 2 pieces. A hard plastic bottom pieces with flared base and a tabletop with a formica type finish done as a faux butcher block.This full size piece is approx. 29 inches high with a tabletop diameter of 42 inches. The table top is approx 1 inch thick. Quite sturdy, the pieces are attached together via 3 unseen screw bolts and metal washers. (I do not believe this is the original hardware for the piece but it fits perfectly.)In overall excellent condition. There are no cracks, breaks or major detractions to the large plastic base. Some normal scuffs and faint to light scratching that is normal for a piece of this age. The top of the table is also in excellent shape with no cracks or large scratches. The butcher block pattern is still strong and distinctive. There are 2 chips on one side edge of the tabletop. Both are close together and approx. 1 inch in size.Shipping: The shipping charge is an estimate. The two pieces would be shipped separate. UPS gives me a quote of between $85 and $150 for delivery of both packages depending on where in the US you are. The closer to Orlando, the lower the price obviously.Overseas: I don\'t believe this can be shipped overseas for any resonable amount.
