Here\'s the 1977 Krewe of Athenians .999 Fine Silver HighRelief Doubloon. The doubloon measures 39mm or 1 1/2\" in diameterandis in ExcellentCondition. Payment due within 48 hours of purchase. Note:The obverse features the Athenians Logo. The reverse features a Mexican Couple Doing the Mexican Hat Danceand reads \"FIESTA DE MEXICO...1977.\" This doubloon was designed by Famed New Orleans Artist Blaine Kern and made in West Germany. The doubloon has \"999\" stamped into its edge at the 6 o\'clock position.Great piece of Athenians, Mexico and Mardi Gras Memorabilia! (Unless specifically described as toning, the gold, green, blue and purple hues seen on any item are the reflection of a Mardi Gras Banner which hangs above my desk.)
