1977 Very Rare Topps WACKY PACKAGES Shedd\'s White Back BUSTEDFINGER

Very few of these have survived over the years.

Here is information on the Shedd\'s Series, from the Wackypacks.com website:

Topps Wacky Packages
Shedd\'s Peanut Butter Premiums 1977

• These 22 titles, copyrighted 1977, were given away withtubs of Shedd\'s Peanut Butter, two Wackys per tub.
• The unopened packis just one sticker in cellophane.
• There are four stickers that have changes from their 1-16 releases (nobody knows why for sure):
  • Ultra Blightis the Wacky Ad version, not the 2nd series version. (compare)
  • The right hand on the leftmost guy inHawaiian Punkshas been repainted. (compare)
  • The little black duck on the front ofKoduckis missing. (compare)
  • The lettering \"HOSTAGE\" onHostagewas changed. (compare)
• Sticker copyrights:
  and the two asterisk version of Hostage itself comes in two versions, one like the above, and one with a typo, \"1NC\" instead of \"INC\":
  • I believe around 2004 that somebody came up with the same variation on a Hostage one asterisk, but I have not obtained a scan...
• All stickers havewhite backs.
