There is a block of 4 First Day of Issue USA stamps affixed to this cover - the $.15 \'Martin Luther King Jr.\' (one of the series of Black Heritage stamps). The postmark is Atlanta, GA JAN 13 1979. On the left side of this rare ArtCraft cover is beautiful artwork \'Honoring Martin Luther King 1929 - 1968\'. Dimensions of the cover are 3 5/8\" x 6 1/2\".
