On offer is genuine early 1980\'s Mattel Synsonics Drum Machine. I believe these were the first non professional machine released, and very popular back in the era.
It\'s a rare thing to find one complete and in working condition. Having serviced these a few times back in the 80\'s I recall that the pads were prone to failure, but this unit has all four pads working and in solid condition. The unit has been opened, and some connection on the board resoldered and the membrane keypad contacts cleaned and recoated with the correct electronic coating to ensure reliable operation. It has been tested with a set of C size batteries and all functions appear to be online and working fine.
It runs on 6 x C size batteries (not included) or a 9V AC Adaptor with 3.5mm mono fitting (not included, but easy to locate)
The unit measures 200mm wide x 235mm deep x approx 55mm high
