Up for sale is a beautiful 1988 VAILLANCOURT FOLK ART original hand painted chalkware figurine created for Grolier Collectibles Ltd. - the Grolier Edition American Santa. It\'s 9.25\" tall and in very nice condition with no chips, cracks or breaks. This is style number #501 and limited edition 1223 / 1500. Actually this design was so popular they released 100 more but this is from the original 1500. The Grolier Edition American Santa has resold in the $1000 range. This is a very beautiful, popular and collectible piece.
